Method 1:
To unsubscribe from a Gmail newsletter, go to Gmail.com and sign in. Open an email from the newsletter you want to unsubscribe to. At the top of your screen, you may see an Unsubscribe button. If you do, click Unsubscribe. Then click Unsubscribe again to confirm you don’t want to receive the emails.
Method 2:
To unsubscribe from a Gmail newsletter if you don’t see an Unsubscribe link beside the email address of the sender, scroll through the main body of the email and see if you can find an Unsubscribe button included within it. These will usually be found right at the top or bottom of newsletter emails.
Method 3:
To unsubscribe from a Gmail newsletter without any unsubscribe link included in the email, you can get yourself removed from their mailing list by getting in touch with the sender. Send them an email or give them a call and see if they can unsubscribe you from their email newsletter mailing list.
Method 4:
If you’re unable to find a way to unsubscribe from the email newsletter you’re receiving on your Gmail account, you can choose to block the sender instead. To block someone, open an email from them, then click the down arrow. Click the Block button, then click Block again to confirm.
